[Investigating] We're aware of issues affecting the runtime of queries in SQL Data Explorer in UGS Analytics.
We're actively investigating the cause but have discerned two key facts to reassure.
1. Billing for SQL execution time is not active at this time.
2. The delay is in the queries finding space to be executed (Scheduling) not in the actual time taken to process (Execution time). Billed time only includes Execution time, not time whilst the query is scheduled.

[Monitoring] We've worked with our vendors to identify the root cause and applied a fix.
We're continuing to monitor the fix to ensure there are no unforeseen consequences.
[Identified] We've identified a configuration issue that is preventing new users of Data Access from setting up the data sharing with their Snowflake accounts.
Users with existing configuration should be unaffected and be able to continue to use Data Access.

[Identified] Update - we expect this incident will prevent users from deleting existing data share configurations as well.
